Return requests will be rejected if:

Screen has a tempered glass or sticker applied
Product is used
Damage is caused by improper handling
Electronic part is damaged due to soldering or overheating
Wrong model/version ordered by the customer

Refund Conditions

Products must be returned only after return approval.
COD charges are non-refundable.
No refund/replacement for products damaged during return shipping or used items.
Partial COD amount cannot be refunded if the order is rejected at delivery.
