Return & Refund Policy
At EGFix, we value our customers and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below:
1. Return & Replacement Policy:
We offer a 7-day Return & Replacement Policy starting from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Conditions for Return or Replacement:
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged.
- Incorrect Product: If the product received differs from the website description.
- Defective Product: If the product does not function as expected.
- Incomplete Order: If the order is missing items.
Important Notes:
- Warranty Sticker: Do not remove the warranty sticker or stamp. Removal will void your eligibility for return or replacement.
- Unpacking Video: A video of the unboxing process is required as proof to process any return or replacement request.
2. Non-Eligible Return Conditions:
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following scenarios:
- Incorrect Model Ordered: If you order the wrong model.
- Tampered Product: If the product is tampered with or modified.
- Damage During Repair: If the product is damaged during repair.
- Missing Unboxing Video: If you fail to provide the required unboxing video.
- Change of Mind: If you no longer wish to keep the item.
- Incorrect Order Placement: If you ordered the wrong item.
- Found Cheaper Elsewhere: If you find the product at a lower price elsewhere.
- No Longer Needed: If you no longer need the product after purchase.
Product-Specific Policies:
- Front & Back Cameras: No return policy; only replacement available.
- LCD Display Folder Combos: No return policy; only replacement available.
- Post-Replacement: Returns or replacements will not be accepted after a replacement has been issued.
- iPhone Convertor: No Return, Replacement, or Refund applicable.
- Product Images: Please note that product images may vary slightly from the actual product. However, the product you receive will match the model number mentioned in the title and description.
3. Return Procedure:
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Select the order for return.
- Choose the appropriate return reason.
Return Method:
- Returns should be made via India Post to the provided return address, depending on courier service availability.
- Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund will be initiated.
4. Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged.
- Incorrect Product: If the product received is not as described.
- Non-Delivery: If the order is not delivered.
Additional Notes:
- Order Cancellation: If the order is still processing (pre-dispatch), it can be canceled for a full refund.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable ₹50 COD charge applies.
- Refund Processing: Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
- Return- Order processing fees of 250₹ or 5% will be charged as order processing fees in case of product return after delivery
5. Warranty Policy:
- Warranty Sticker: The warranty sticker must remain intact on the product.
- Product Condition: The product should not be physically damaged.
- Modifications: No modifications or misuse of the product are allowed.
- Installation: Inspect the product thoroughly before installation.
6. Cancellation Policy:
- Pre-Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us directly.
- Post-Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, an RTO (Return to Origin) request may be made, but RTO charges will apply.
