Shipping

Order Processing

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). Ready to ship items can be shipped on same business days before shipping cut-off time.
  • For every successfully placed orders customer will receive a notification on registered email id via email or SMS on registered mobile number

Order Delivery

  • Maximum number of order delivers within 3-5 working days after pickup by courier partners.
  • Shipments of North India , Jammu and Kashmir , Ladakh , Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh may take 1-2 working days extra due to hill region 
  • Shipment may delay in delivery due to climate condition and govt. bans in a region.
  • Estimated delivery date showing on website may vary due to transportation mode and service of a courier partner.
  • Any product with Lithium battery cannot be shipped via air mode of transportation so it take some extra time for delivery

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for prepaid order. (No minimum cart value)
  • COD charges will be charged on every COD order. 

 

Return

We request to record a video while opening a received shipment for fast and prompt resolution of any issue related to delivered order

We have 7 days easy return and replacement policy from date of delivery. Customer can raise a return or replacement request only if delivered order is 

  • Damaged (Need to provide details within 24 hours of delivery)
  • Any Manufacturing Defect / Not working Properly
  • Wrong Product (Need Packet Opening Video)
  • Wrong Color or Version Mismatch
  • Empty packet (Need Packet Opening Video)

Customer can initiated a return request from orders section under  MY ACCOUNT >> ORDERS >> REQUEST RETURN  or can contact us on info@egfix.in with order details and images and videos of product delivered to raise a return request

Any Return Request may be rejected due to following reasons

  • Tempered film or sticker on display
  • Used Product
  • Damaged due to improper handling
  • Electronic Part damaged due to soldering or heating
  • Part of wrong model or version ordered by customer

Note

  • Product has to be returned by the customer after approval of return request.
  • COD charges shall not be refunded in case of return of a COD order.
  • Refund or Return cannot be provide for a damaged during transit of return shipment or used product returned by a customer
