Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Ready-to-ship items ordered before the shipping cut-off time may be dispatched the same day.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after pickup by our courier partners.
  • Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and other hilly areas may take an additional 1–2 working days.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, government restrictions, or courier service limitations.
  • Products containing lithium batteries cannot be shipped by air, which may extend delivery times.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders (no minimum purchase required).
  • COD orders will incur additional COD charges.

Return & Replacement Policy

We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package to help resolve any issues quickly.

We offer a 7-day easy return and replacement policy from the date of delivery for the following cases:

  • Damaged product (report within 24 hours of delivery)
  • Manufacturing defect or not functioning properly
  • Incorrect product delivered (unboxing video required)
  • Incorrect color or version
  • Empty package (unboxing video required)

You can raise a return request from My Account > Orders > Request Return or email us at info@egfix.in with your order details, photos, and videos of the product.

Important Notes

  • We do not provide reverse pickup — customers must send the product back via a registered post or courier.
  • Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with proper packaging. We are not responsible for damage during return transit.

Return requests will be rejected if:

  • Screen has a tempered glass or sticker applied
  • Product is used
  • Damage is caused by improper handling
  • Electronic part is damaged due to soldering or overheating
  • Wrong model/version ordered by the customer

Refund Conditions

  • Products must be returned only after return approval.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • No refund/replacement for products damaged during return shipping or used items.
  • Partial COD amount cannot be refunded if the order is rejected at delivery.
