Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after pickup by our courier partners.
Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and other hilly areas may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Delays may occur due to weather, government restrictions, or courier service limitations.
Products containing lithium batteries cannot be shipped by air, which may extend delivery times.

Return requests will be rejected if:

Screen has a tempered glass or sticker applied

Damage is caused by improper handling

Wrong model/version ordered by the customer

Refund Conditions

Products must be returned only after return approval.
COD charges are non-refundable.
No refund/replacement for products damaged during return shipping or used items.
