Important Notes
- We do not provide reverse pickup — customers must send the product back via a registered post or courier.

Return requests will be rejected if:
- Screen has a tempered glass or sticker applied
- Product is used
- Damage is caused by improper handling
- Electronic part is damaged due to soldering or overheating
- Wrong model/version ordered by the customer
Refund Conditions
- Products must be returned only after return approval.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
- No refund/replacement for products damaged during return shipping or used items.
- Partial COD amount cannot be refunded if the order is rejected at delivery.
